Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the erc20 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during the registration process.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. erc20 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's systems.
- Not to share your account with any other party or allow others to use your account.
- To comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in Malaysia.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit & Withdrawal Methods
All transactions on the erc20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, FPX, and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and held in their own name.
Limits & Processing Times
Deposits are typically credited within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. For withdrawals, processing may take up to three (3) business days depending on the chosen method. erc20 reserves the right to restrict or suspend transactions where any suspicious activity or breach of these terms is detected.
Transaction Rejection
Erc20 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. Users will not receive compensation for any transaction rejection carried out on reasonable security grounds.
Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Erc20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, including but not limited to: fraud, use of multiple accounts, hacking attempts, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Balances in accounts suspended due to a breach may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Limitation of Liability
Erc20 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or exceptional losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond our control. erc20's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the erc20 platform, including logos, designs, graphics, software, and text, is the exclusive property of erc20 and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from erc20 management.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the erc20 platform shall be resolved through the applicable legal procedures under Malaysian jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
